SOFTWARE LICENCE AGREEMENT

This license describes the general terms under which you may use any software written by escortscentral. Individual products may have additional terms relating to their usage and distribution.

This escortscentral End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and escortscentral for software products made available via to use as a standalone product or integrated into a website, which includes computer software and associated media and printed materials (if any), and may include online or electronic documentation. By installing, copying, or otherwise using any of the software product(s), you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorised to use the software product.

EscortsCentral cannot and do not warrant that any functions contained in the Software will meet your requirements, or that its operations will be error free. The entire risk as to the use of the Software is solely with the user and not EscortsCentral.

By installing or using the Software you confirm your agreement to, and your understanding and acceptance of, the following:

1) EscortsCentral make no representations about the suitability of this software or about any content or information made accessible by the software, for any purpose.

2) The software is provided 'as is' without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. EscortsCentral shall not be liable for:

a) incidental, consequential, special or indirect damages of any sort, whether arising in tort, contract or otherwise, even if EscortsCentral has/have been informed of the possibility of such damages, or

b) for any claim by any other party.

3)This limitation of liability shall not apply to liability for death or personal injury to the extent applicable law prohibits such limitation.

4) Some states and/or countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation and exclusion may not apply to you.

5) The software product(s) are protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.

6) The software product(s) are licensed, not sold.

7) You must maintain all copyright notices on all copies of the software product.

8) You may not translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify or adapt any of the Software or Documentation in any way.

9) You do not have any ownership rights whatsoever but are purely licenced to use the software to assist your business.

10) Escortscentral may suspend this service should you not fully cooperate in relation to this copyright notice and therefor will seek legal action should you be found not to adhere to this notice.

11) Escortscentral records information such as IP addresses to ensure illegal use of this software is prevented.

12) Should EscortsCentral discover that access to this software has been granted to unauthorised parties, we will suspend or ban all activity and cancel

EscortsCentral retain full copyright in all files included in any package supplied. Each product will have its own individual license agreement. Any conflicting terms in the individual license agreement take precedence over terms in this general license document.
